Jossi Design will be back to work on our various projects from the 11th January 2010. In the meantime I would like to take a look at some of Jossi Design's favourite things from 2009.
I have been known to promote the use of wallpaper to create feature walls as well as to set the mood for an interior, but I must admit I fell in love the with latest Eiffinger Range brought in by Home Fabrics. I used the various ranges of wallpaper during 2009 with great results and many happy clients.
I totally fell in love with the funky designs of Moooi. Their unique style and playful pieces are awesome and will create such interest in any interior setting.
The MBM showroom in the Mount Edgecombe area has an amazing range of outdoor furniture imported from Germany. Their range is really fantastic and I have had lots of fun specifying these furniture items for our projects.
I was extremely excited to see the opening of Weylandts in Umhlanga. I often visited their branches in Joburg and Cape Town and found it quite depressing that I could not just pop into a showroom in Durban. I love the furniture available here.
While I am on the topic of branches opening in Durban, we now have our own @ Home Store which includes their contemporary furniture range. This branch opened in Gateway in December and again I am very happy to that their lounge, home study, dining and outdoor furniture ranges and now easily visible on their new showroom floor.
